We all first saw this dress on Leighton Meester (While being Blair Waldorf). Leighton looked absolutely amazing and until today this look belongs in my top 3 of all her Gossip Girl outfits. Paris Hilton came second and British soap star Emma Rigby has worn this beautiful dress as well. This dress is.. adooorable!

And.. who wore it better? for me, it's absolutely leighton.
